Come join us for the annual Murph Competition, a challenging and exhilarating fitness event that tests the limits of strength, endurance, and determination. Named after Lt. Michael Murphy, a Navy SEAL who sacrificed his life in combat, this competition consists of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats and another 1- mile run. This event not only commemorates a true American hero but also brings the community together in the spirit of physical fitness and resilience.
