The Deschutes County Expo Center is excited to share opportunities for local and regional food trucks to service non-fair events on our grounds. We have a limited number of openings for this type of service and welcome you to apply here:

There is no 'booth' fee to set-up at any year-round event, however we do charge all food trucks the following commission per day:
- $0-$500 sales - 0% commission
- $501-$1,000 - 15% commission on all sales for the day
- $1,001 & over - 25% commission on all sales for the day
These percentages are calculated on a daily basis and will be due within 48 hours after the event ends with daily sales reports from your cash register or online sales program being submitted daily to our F&BC.
