Commercial Vendors

With nearly 80 vendors indoors and over 200 outdoors, you can always find what you're looking for at the Deschutes County Fair & Rodeo. From mild to wild, we have it all spread out across the beautifully manicured Fair & Expo facility. Spend some time in the air-conditioned HiLine Homes Hall Shopping Area and see everything from hot tubs to jewelry, home decor to personal care items, and candies to gifts. Or take the time to visit with some of Deschutes County's best community partners, nonprofits, and local programming. Outside, enjoy the Central Oregon summer as you wander from booth to booth to find just what you're looking for!

VENDOR APPLICATIONS:

Please thoroughly read our new Commercial Vendor Handbook, which lists all of our current rules and policies, BEFORE submitting an application for the 2026 Fair & Rodeo.

Our vendor committee will be jurying applications based on past involvement, variety of product, quality of booth presentation and product, etc. Submitting your application early does not guarantee you a space. Our vendor team does our best to prevent duplication of products and accept/deny applications on whether the product is already approved for the fair.

The team will be meeting monthly to approve all submitted applications. All applications must have a debit/credit card entered in order to be submitted. All approved vendors will be given 14 days after approval to submit a check if you would prefer to pay that way. If a check is not received in that time, your card will be charged. Vendors who were with us in 2025 had until December 31, 2025 to submit an application for first rights to the same booth space.

This application is to be used ONLY by vendors who will be open during rodeo hours inside the Event Center. Wed-Fri: 5-9 pm; Sat: 10 am-9 pm; Sun: Noon-5 pm

2026 BULK Outdoor Commercial Vendor Application - CLICK HERE
This application is to be used ONLY by vendors who need a larger than 20'X30' (600 sq ft) booth space.
