Please thoroughly read our new Commercial Vendor Handbook, which lists all of our current rules and policies, BEFORE submitting an application for the 2026 Fair & Rodeo.
Our vendor committee will be jurying applications based on past involvement, variety of product, quality of booth presentation and product, etc. Submitting your application early does not guarantee you a space. Our vendor team does our best to prevent duplication of products and accept/deny applications on whether the product is already approved for the fair.
The team will be meeting monthly to approve all submitted applications. All applications must have a debit/credit card entered in order to be submitted. All approved vendors will be given 14 days after approval to submit a check if you would prefer to pay that way. If a check is not received in that time, your card will be charged. Vendors who were with us in 2025 have until December 31, 2025 to submit an application for first rights to the same booth space.
