All of the caterers below are contracted with Deschutes County Expo Center through December 31, 2026. Anyone not on this list will need to contract with us. They will need to agree to our terms which include a commission fee to the Expo Center, provide us with a copy of their health inspection, and an updated Certificate of Insurance with Deschutes County listed as an additionally insured.
