Commercial Vendors

With nearly 80 vendors indoors and over 200 outdoors, you can always find what you're looking for at the Deschutes County Fair & Rodeo. From mild to wild, we have it all spread out across the beautifully manicured Fair & Expo facility. Spend some time in the air-conditioned HiLine Homes Hall Shopping Area and see everything from hot tubs to jewelry, home decor to personal care items, and candies to gifts. Or take the time to visit with some of Deschutes County's best community partners, nonprofits, and local programming. Outside, enjoy the Central Oregon summer as you wander from booth to booth to find just what you're looking for!

VENDOR APPLICATIONS:

Please thoroughly read our new Commercial Vendor Handbook, which lists all of our current rules and policies, BEFORE submitting an application for the 2026 Fair & Rodeo.

Our vendor committee will be jurying applications based on past involvement, variety of product, quality of booth presentation and product, etc. Submitting your application early does not guarantee you a space. Our vendor team does our best to prevent duplication of products and accept/deny applications on whether the product is already approved for the fair.

The team will be meeting monthly to approve all submitted applications. All applications must have a debit/credit card entered in order to be submitted. All approved vendors will be given 14 days after approval to submit a check if you would prefer to pay that way. If a check is not received in that time, your card will be charged. Vendors who were with us in 2025 had until December 31, 2025 to submit an application for first rights to the same booth space.

  • 7 Peaks Candle Co. - Hand-crafted scented candles, candle tools, and even warmer crystals. Our candles are made with 100% all natural non-gmo soy wax, natural and essential oils infusions, and a wooden wick to offer that extra relaxing crackle as it burns. We don't use any artificial coloring or ingredients in any of our products and the oils we use are phthalate-free as well.

  • CEF Ponderosa - "Child Evangelism Fellowship , or ""CEF"" of Oregon is a non-profit organization. We share the love of God as found in the Bible by doing hand painting and telling the good news of Jesus with colors. Simple enough for children, although we have teens and adults come visit us also. We give out free resources such as leaflets, Bible verse bracelets, Wordless Booklets with colors, and New Testament Bibles.
  • Celia's Gourmet Foods Balsamic Vinegar's and Olive Oils - Created, hand made, and bottled 40 flavors of Balsamic Vinegar's and Olive Oils right here in Bend.

We represent the county as Veteran advocates throughout their claims process. All of our services are free and we sell nothing.
