DCFE partners with local well-known, quality catering and food truck companies to provide the freshest and delicious meal options for all events. Our contracted catering companies currently
through December 31, 2026.
If you would like to use a company not listed above, they will need to contract with us. This includes agreeing to our terms which include a commission fee to the Expo Center, providing us with a copy of their health inspection, and an updated Certificate of Insurance with Deschutes County listed as an additionally insured.
FOOD TRUCKS & CONCESSION STANDS:Portable concession stands and food trucks are also available. We are always updating our list as we find new partners in the market to work with. Please inquire about food options when you contact our office in regards to your event. If you would like to be added to our list, please contact our office.
ALCOHOL:Alcohol service is exclusively provided by DCFE and Oregon Beverage Services. Absolutely no alcohol can be brought onto the property that is not through our contractor.
