The Deschutes County Fair & Rodeo is famous for its mouthwatering Fair Food — from classic corn dogs and curly fries to refreshing lemonade and sweet treats that define summer in Central Oregon. We’re excited to announce our 2026 Food Vendors! Food vendor applications closed February 2nd. Please watch in October for the 2027 application.
