The Deschutes County Fair & Rodeo is famous for its mouthwatering Fair Food — from classic corn dogs and curly fries to refreshing lemonade and sweet treats that define summer in Central Oregon.

Please watch in October for the 2027 Fair Food application. The application deadline is typically the beginning of February.
